(TSXV: PNRL) ("PNRL" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a CAD 7 million bridge loan financing (the "Bridge Loan") from Pinnacle Island LP, an arm's-length limited partnership formed under the laws of the Province of Ontario (the "Lender"), which is evidenced by the issuance of a promissory note by the Company to the Lender (the "Promissory Note").

Each Warrant is exercisable to acquire one common share of the Company (the "Common Shares") at a price of CAD 2.04 per Common Share for a period of one year from date of issue (which will occur on closing when the funds are advanced under the Promissory Note). The Warrants and any common shares issuable on exercise of the Warrants are subject to a statutory four-month hold period under applicable Canadian securities laws from the date of issue (which will also occur on closing when the funds are advanced under the Promissory Note).

The Bridge Loan and the Warrants are subject to the final acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
